1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request. Any unused bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on 4k44, you must use bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — this applies to every payment method. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — you must withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Minor delays in processing may occur due to temporary banking issues or network errors.

4.3 Currency for Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 4k44 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. Example: after receiving a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Once a bonus is activated, it must be used within the specified validity period.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 4k44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotional offer may have its own additional terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.

5.4 VIP Program

4k44's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback for Platinum. Regular account activity is required to reach higher tiers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Every game on 4k44 has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read the specific rules of a game before participating. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the platform will resume the game from the last saved state or refund the bet.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Result Finalization

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4k44:

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.

If any of the above activities are detected, 4k44 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. The relevant authorities may be informed if necessary.
